1. SIZE GUIDE

Our size charts are intended to help customers select the most suitable size based on body measurements. We recommend comparing your measurements with the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order.

How to Measure

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the measuring tape comfortably snug.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with your feet together.

Please note that body proportions vary from person to person, and the recommended size may differ depending on individual fit preferences.

2. GARMENT FIT

Each Doresu garment may have a different fit profile, including but not limited to:

  • Relaxed Fit

  • Regular Fit

  • Tailored Fit

  • Oversized Fit

  • Structured Fit

Fit descriptions provided on product pages are intended as general guidance only.

3. SIZE TOLERANCE

Our garments are designed with different silhouettes and fits. While many styles follow our standard size chart, certain designs are intentionally created in a regular fit, relaxed fit, oversized fit, or free-size silhouette. For such styles, the standard body measurements may not apply in the same way. We recommend referring to the fit description and garment measurements provided on each product page before placing your order.

Due to the nature of garment manufacturing and craftsmanship, slight variations in measurements may occur. Unless otherwise specified, a variation of up to ±1 inch (approximately ±2.5 cm) from the stated garment measurements is considered acceptable and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. PRODUCT COLOUR VARIATION

We make every effort to ensure that product colours are displayed as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colours may vary due to:

  • Natural fabric characteristics; and

  • Production and dyeing processes.

Minor colour variations between the product image and the delivered product are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.

Such variations are a natural result of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

7. HANDCRAFTED AND ARTISANAL CHARACTERISTICS

Where applicable, garments that feature handcrafted, hand-finished, or artisanal elements may display minor irregularities, variations, or imperfections.

These characteristics reflect the craftsmanship involved in creating each piece and should not be considered flaws.

8. FIT AND PERSONAL PREFERENCE

Fit preference varies between individuals. Factors such as body shape, height, proportions, styling preferences, and intended use may affect how a garment fits.

Doresu cannot guarantee a particular fit experience beyond the measurements and fit guidance provided.

9. EXCHANGES FOR SIZE

Subject to our Return, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy, eligible customers may request a size exchange within the applicable exchange period.

Availability of alternate sizes and styles cannot be guaranteed.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF VARIATIONS

By placing an order with Doresu, you acknowledge and agree that minor variations in:

  • Size and measurements;

  • Colour;

  • Fabric texture;

  • Print placement;

  • Embellishments;

  • Finish; and

  • Craftsmanship details

are inherent characteristics of apparel products and shall not be considered defects, damages, or grounds for refund.

Shipping Policy

Courier Partners: We ship all orders through reliable courier companies such as Delhivery. All shipments are fully insured until delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, courier partners may call before delivery. If you are unavailable, you can request re-delivery or pick up your order from their nearest center.

Orders are usually shipped within — business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Delays may occur due to courier issues or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Damaged or Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery. Instead, contact our support team immediately with photos before opening the package. Claims for shortages/damages must be reported on the same day of delivery through our Contact Us form.

Out-of-Stock Items: Products marked “Out of Stock” are not available for purchase.

Responsibility: Doresu is not responsible for packages signed for by someone other than the designated recipient, or for damages occurring after successful delivery.
