Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for partial shipments initiated by Doresu.

If your package is lost, damaged, or appears to have been tampered with during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package or expected delivery date.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the issue with our shipping partners; however, resolution timelines may vary depending on the circumstances and courier partner policies.
Doresu reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies on a case-by-case basis.
12. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Requests to modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed may not always be possible.
