RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Doresu ("Doresu", "we", "our", or "us"), each garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size guides, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Doresu is a brand owned and operated by Vraga Ventures Pvt Ltd. References to "Doresu", "we", "our", and "us" throughout this Policy refer to Vraga Ventures Pvt Ltd.
1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has commenced.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. RETURNS
Doresu generally does not offer returns for monetary refunds.
However, eligible products may be returned for:

Exchange; or
-
Store credit,
subject to the terms outlined below.
3. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Products may be eligible for exchange if:

The exchange request is initiated within 7 days of delivery;

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories remain intact;

The product is returned in its original saleable condition;
-
Proof of purchase is provided.
All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval.
4. SIZE EXCHANGES
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.
Subject to availability, customers may request:

A size exchange for the same style; or
-
Store credit if the requested size is unavailable.
Doresu cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes, colours, or styles at the time of exchange processing.
5. STORE CREDIT
Where an exchange is not possible, Doresu may issue store credit equivalent to the value of the approved product, excluding shipping charges unless otherwise determined by Doresu.
Store credit:
-
Is non-transferable;
-
Cannot be redeemed for cash;
-
May only be used for purchases on Doresu;
-
Will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
6. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund:

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events;

Customized or made-to-order products;
-
International orders;
-
Gift cards;
-
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used;

Products returned without original tags or packaging.
7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number;
-
Photographs of the product;
-
Photographs of the packaging; and
-
A description of the issue.
Upon verification, Doresu may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product;
-
Offer an exchange;
-
Issue store credit; or
-
Process a refund to the original payment method.
8. RETURN SHIPPING
Where available, Doresu may arrange reverse pickup services.
Where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to ship products back using a reliable courier service.
Unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, store credit, or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges applicable in their jurisdiction.
10. REFUSAL OF REQUESTS
Doresu reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, store credit, cancellation, or refund request if:

The product fails inspection;

The request is submitted outside the specified timeline;

The product has been used, altered, or damaged;

Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected; or
-
The request otherwise violates this Policy.
11. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
